HR & Behavioral interview questions

Tell me about yourself, strengths, weaknesses and situation questions, with sample answers.

  1. How do you answer "Tell me about yourself" as a fresher?

Give a 60 to 90 second story in three parts. Present (who you are and what you study or do now), past (one or two relevant projects, internships or achievements with results) and future (why this role and company fit what you want to do next). Skip your family background and your full marksheet.

  2. Describe yourself in three words.

Pick three honest adjectives that matter for the job, such as reliable, curious and calm, and back each one with a one-line example. The proof matters more than the words.

Go through it in order, top to bottom, in about two minutes. For each item say what you did and one result, link the pieces into a story that points at this role, and stop before reading every line.
