Privacy at AI Tapri

We collect account details to support secure sign-in, saved work, and downloads. Newsletter and marketing consent is optional and separate. Do not submit another person's personal information unless you have the right to do so.

PDF and image documents

PDF and image converter utilities process originals in your browser. Prepared downloads are held temporarily in that browser's IndexedDB as you complete account verification. They are not uploaded to AI Tapri by these tools.

Resume checks

The ATS tool extracts text in your browser and sends text to AI Tapri's own analysis API to perform the requested checks. The initial checks are deterministic; external AI enrichment is not automatically enabled. Do not provide sensitive details that are unnecessary for a resume review.

Account details

Registration stores your name, email, password hash, your consent preferences, and verification status in a dedicated AI Tapri database. If you choose to save a resume, its contents are stored in your account. Account passwords are never stored as plaintext.

Optional profile preferences

If you choose, we store whether you are studying, a fresher or working, your graduation year and target role to help tailor suggested resources. All these questions are skippable.

Email and marketing

We send transactional verification emails when registration is available. Promotional messages require a separate opt-in; providing a mobile number does not automatically authorize marketing SMS or WhatsApp messages.

Update emails

You can join a list for occasional AI Tapri update emails about new tools, guides and interview questions, either by ticking "Email me updates" on your account or by entering your email in a subscribe box. From a subscribe box we first email you a confirmation link, and you are only added once you tap it. For accounts, the sign-up code confirms the address. We keep your email, where you subscribed and when. Every update email has an unsubscribe link that works in one tap, and turning off "Email me updates" in your profile does the same. Sign-in and verification emails are not marketing and are sent regardless.

Tool history

When you are signed in and download from a tool, we record what you did: the tool, a short description (for example “Photo 200 × 230 px, 48 KB”), the file name, file sizes and the settings you used, so you can open the tool again with the same settings. We never store the files themselves. You can turn history off, delete single entries or clear it all on your History and Profile pages.

Your data and account deletion

On your Profile page you can download everything we store about you as a file, and delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved resumes and history.

Deletion and support

Before public launch, AI Tapri must publish a verified privacy contact, an account/data deletion process, and applicable retention and legal disclosures. This development version is not yet intended for live registrations.
