Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Basic Qualification: (i) CA OR (ii) CFA OR (iii) MBA/PGDM in Finance / Data Analytics / Business Analytics from a recognized institute.
  • Preferred Certification: Financial Risk Manager (FRM) by GARP OR Professional Risk Managers by PRMIA.
  • Mandatory Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Expected Credit Loss (ECL) modelling in Risk Management Department of Bank, Financial Institution, Rating Agency, Brokerage firm, or Risk Advisory Consulting Firm.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection process consists of Shortlisting and Interview.
  • Shortlisting: Merely meeting minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview call. The Bank's committee will decide shortlisting parameters.
  • Interview: Carries 100 marks. Qualifying marks are decided by the Bank.
  • Merit List: Based on interview scores. Ties broken by age (seniority).

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications).
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (Minimum 2 Years).
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
