Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• STEM Lead: B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, Education or related STEM disciplines.
• STEM Educator: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence or Data Science, Engineering or Technology.
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – Quantum Error Correction: Postgraduate Degree in Basic Science with NET qualification, or Graduate Degree in a Professional Course with NET qualification, or Postgraduate Degree in a Professional Course, as per applicable DST norms. M.Sc./M.Tech./M.E./M.S. or equivalent in Physics, Quantum Physics, Quantum Computing preferred.
• Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – Quantum Error Correction: M.Sc./M.Tech./M.E./M.S. or equivalent qualification in Physics, Quantum Physics, Quantum Computing, Quantum Information, Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, or related areas.
• STEM Educator – Kolkata, West Bengal: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence or Data Science, Engineering or Technology.
• Other conditions: Willingness to travel across India; Ability to handle and demonstrate STEM hardware kits; Work on-site in assigned locations.
• Desirable: Prior experience in STEM teaching or technical training; Programming proficiency in Python; Familiarity with Qiskit, Stim, PyMatching.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Applications reviewed on a rolling basis. Early joining preferred. Selected candidates expected to join at the earliest. The official notification does not specify an examination or written test. Screening will be based on eligibility verification, documentation review, and interview as applicable per the notification conditions. No TA/DA will be paid for this project-based engagement.
