Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Eligibility Scrutiny: After receiving online applications, the college management will verify minimum eligibility of each candidate.
• Document Verification: Detailed examination of all submitted documents.
• Forwarding to Directorate: The list of eligible candidates will be forwarded to the Directorate of Higher Education, Haryana.
• Candidate Evaluation Proforma: The college management will submit a filled-in Candidate Evaluation Proforma to the Directorate before the interview.
• Interview: Final selection through interview as per schedule to be announced. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or document verification.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in prescribed format (if applicable)
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
• Mandatory: No Objection Certificate (NOC) from present employer
• Applications found incomplete or received after the deadline will not be considered
• Hard copy must physically reach each of the three offices by 23 November 2026, 5:00 PM IST; despatch by that date is not sufficient
• Applications submitted only via email, post, courier or hand without online application will not be entertained
