Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Common Eligibility: Applicants must be regular/permanent employees of Central Government, State Government departments, corporations, or public sector undertakings, currently holding a post in the same grade pay. Must have 3 years of continuous service in an engineering post with no pending disciplinary/vigilance inquiries. Employees of local bodies are not eligible.
  • Executive Engineer: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution OR AMIE (Sections A & B) in Civil Engineering.
  • Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution OR AMIE (Sections A & B) in Electrical Engineering.
  • Junior Engineer (Civil): Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution OR AMIE (Sections A & B) in Civil Engineering.
  • Junior Engineer (Mechanical): Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution OR AMIE (Sections A & B) in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Junior Engineer (Electrical): Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution OR AMIE (Sections A & B) in Electrical Engineering.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection process involves: Scrutiny of applications and bio-data submitted through the proper channel or in person. Verification of eligibility, qualifications, experience, and disciplinary/vigilance clearance. Selected candidates must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department before joining on deputation. No written examination or interview is conducted. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process.

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets for relevant qualifications.
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable).
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
  • Service record and bio-data application forwarded through proper channel or submitted in person.
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from competent authority (to be submitted before joining).
