Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Post Name: Project Associate-I (PAT-I)
  • Essential Qualification:B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engg./ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engg./ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Instrumentation Engg.OR M.Sc in Physics/ Chemistry/ Electronics Sciences/ Instrumentation Science.
  • Desirable Qualification: Experience in Digital Signal Processing/ Embedded Systems/ Spin coating.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on the date of interview. Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/PH/Female, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer).
  • Citizen: Only bonafide Indian citizens are eligible.
  • Other Conditions: Candidates with awaited results are ineligible. Candidates currently working in any project must produce a NOC from their existing Project Leader.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection will be based on a Walk-In Interview conducted on 04 November 2026 at 11:00 AM.
  • Screening: Document verification will be conducted prior to the interview. Candidates must report by 10:00 AM (one hour before the interview).
  • Candidates arriving after the reporting time will not be permitted entry.
  • Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Duly filled application form in the prescribed format (must be typed, not handwritten).
  • Self-attested soft copies of all supporting documents, certificates, and reprints.
  • Self-attested soft copy of the University/Institute's CGPA/DGPA-to-percentage calculation rule (if applicable).
  • Copy of the NOC from the existing Project Leader (if applicable).
  • Original mark sheets, certificates, age proof, and caste proof for verification at the venue.
  • Project Thesis (if applicable).
