Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Qualification: MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / PGDM / PGDHRM or equivalent degree in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / MHROD.
  • Experience: Minimum 11 years of post-qualification work experience in Human Resources Development.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 41 years as on 2 December 2026.
  • Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC-NCL: 3 years, J&K Domicile: 5 years, PwBD: 10 years.
  • Nationality: Indian Nationals of 18 years of age and above are eligible.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Stage 1: Document Scrutiny.
  • Stage 2: Interview (Weightage: 100% - Technical & Professional Proficiency: 65%, Personality Communication & Competency: 35%).
  • Candidates must secure a minimum of 60% marks (UR/EWS) or 50% (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD against reserved posts) in the interview to qualify.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the selection process.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate for proof of Date of Birth.
  • Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets for all relevant qualifications.
  • Percentage Conversion Document.
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in prescribed format.
  • Proof of Identity & Address and PAN Card.
  • Experience Certificates verifying each period of claimed experience.
  • Hard copies of documents are not to be sent through post or courier.
