Eligibility Criteria & How to Apply

  • The notification does not specify any minimum educational qualification. Intending bidders must be a registered agency, organization, individual person, or group of individuals capable of providing sweeping and cleaning services.
  • Applicants must submit a sealed quotation by hand or by post to the address mentioned above.
  • A Court Fee of Rs. 8.25 (non-refundable) must be affixed on the quotation envelope.
  • The envelope must be clearly marked: "Quotation for Services of Sweeping and Cleaning".

Selection Process

  • All sealed quotations received will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
  • The office will evaluate and approve the rates; the rate so approved will be valid for the one-year outsourcing period.
  • Selection will be based on the most reasonable quotation that meets the service requirements.
  • Monthly payment will be released only after satisfactory performance is confirmed and subject to fund availability.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the quotation opening or any related proceedings.

  • Copy of PAN Card
  • Copy of GST Registration Certificate (if applicable)
  • Copy of Valid Registration / Trade License
  • Copy of Experience Certificate (if any)
  • Valid Photo ID Proof (for representatives attending quotation opening)
  • The envelope must be super-scribed "Quotation for Services of Sweeping and Cleaning" and sent to the Office of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalbari, PIN-781335, Assam.
