Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection of candidates for Block Level Mentor empanelment in Birbhum district follows a multi-stage screening process comprising a written test, a computer practical test, and a personal interview. The combined marks from all three stages will determine final empanelment.
• Written Test (MCQ Based): Carries 60 Marks. Subjects include General Knowledge, English, Mathematics (Class X standard), Reasoning, Current Affairs, and NRLM Concepts.
