Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Post: Project Associate-I Essential Qualification: MSc in Life Sciences, Biology or Biotechnology with research interests in Development, Neuroscience and Animal Research. Desirable Experience (Preferred): Hands-on experience in basic molecular biology techniques, cell culture or biochemistry. Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 20 November 2026.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • A duly constituted Screening Committee will shortlist applications; its decision is final.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Meeting minimum eligibility does not guarantee an interview call.
  • No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.
  • NBRC will not reply to interim enquiries regarding shortlisting.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Filled application form in the prescribed format (pages 2-3 of notification PDF).
  • Detailed CV.
  • Self-attested copies of educational qualification certificates.
  • Self-attested copies of experience certificates (if any).
  • Category certificate (SC/ST/PwBD), if applicable.
  • Rs. 200 Demand Draft, if paying by DD.
  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth.
  • Two recent passport-size photographs (one signed and pasted on form) & Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar/Voter ID/PAN).
  • Envelope must be superscribed: "Application for Project Associate-I (Project)" and posted to The Administrative Officer (Academics), National Brain Research Centre, NH-8, Manesar-122052, Distt Gurugram, Haryana to reach by 20 November 2026.
  • Incomplete applications or applications without self-attested certificates will be rejected without notice. NBRC may cancel candidature at any time for incorrect or misleading information.

  • Fill items 1-4 (project title, PI name, position, candidate name) in capital letters.

  • Send the completed form with all documents by Registered/Speed Post to reach NBRC by 20 November 2026.
