Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Educational Qualification (All 4 Posts): Minimum qualification Diploma, PG / Graduation in the specific subject applied for.
  • Experience: Candidates must possess relevant experience in the specific field as mentioned in the notification. Experience certificates must be attached.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 60 years.
  • Who Can Apply: Retired teachers from University/College Teachers working in other institutions Others (subject to meeting qualification criteria)

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Mode of Selection: Direct Walk-in Interview scheduled on 13.11.2026 at 11:00 AM.
  • Document Verification: Original documents will be verified during the interview. Incomplete forms or missing documents will lead to rejection.
  • Nature of Job: Engagement is purely temporary/contractual for the session 2026-27 (Six-month courses under RUSA 2.0 Project). The engagement can be terminated at any time without prior notice.
  • Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Prescribed Application Form filled in own handwriting with photograph affixed.
  • Self-attested copies of all Mark Sheets (Secondary, Senior Secondary, Graduation, Post-Graduation, M.Phil., Ph.D., NET/SLET).
  • Self-attested copies of relevant Certificates (Diploma / Degree / Category).
  • Experience Certificates on official letterhead for experience in the specific field.
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in prescribed format (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PWD, if applicable).
  • Proof of payment: Demand Draft (favouring Dean, UCSSH, MLSU, Udaipur), Cash receipt, or Online payment proof.
  • Recent passport-size photograph affixed on the application form.
  • Submission: Submit the form to Department of Visual Arts, M.L. Sukhadia University, Udaipur 313001 (Raj.). Incomplete forms will be rejected without notice.
