DMRC Recruitment 2025 - Pay Scale Eligibility Criteria

• For candidate’s applying on deputation basis:
• Officers working in the CDA pay scale of Level 14 (Rs. 144200 – 218200), in the pay matrix as per the 7th CPC, in any Govt. Organization/ PSUs, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years’ service at Gazetted / Executive level in Govt/ PSUs and Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of inspection of manufacturing of Railway/ Metro Coaches. or
• Officers working in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 120000-280000/-, in any Govt. organization/ PSUs/Metro’s, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years’ service at Gazetted / Executive level in Govt./ PSUs/Metro’s and Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of inspection of manufacturing of Railway/ Metro Coaches.
• For candidate’s applying on Post Retirement Contractual Engagement (PRCE) basis
• Officers working in or retired from the CDA pay scale of Level 14 (Rs. 144200 – 218200) or higher, in the pay matrix as per the 7th CPC, in any Govt. Organization/ PSUs, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years’ service at Gazetted / Executive level in Govt/ PSUs and Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of inspection of manufacturing of Railway/ Metro Coaches. Officers working in/ retired from non- functional grade at Level-14 may also apply. or
• Officers working in, or, retired from the IDA pay scale of Rs. 120000-280000/- or higher, in any Govt. organization/ PSUs/Metro’s, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years’ service at Gazetted / Executive level in Govt./PSUs and Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of inspection of manufacturing of Railway/ Metro Coaches.
