• Must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee (settled in India before Jan 1, 1962), or a Person of Indian Origin (from specified countries)
• Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the local language of the applied Circle.Exemption: Provided if the candidate studied the language till 10th/12th grade
