Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Jr. Project Assistant (Tech.): Master in Psychology/Sociology/Design with demonstrated self-efficacy and evidence-based happiness interventions.
  • Experience in developing academic content, learning modules, and course materials for a university-level Science of Happiness course.
  • Experience in conducting pre-post research studies using standardised psychological assessment scales.
  • Experience in developing pedagogical content and digital tools for the Science of Happiness.
  • Practical research exposure to EEG/fNIRS-based studies, specifically on Science of Happiness research topics.
  • Experience in systematic literature reviews, research data analysis, and academic writing.
  • A 5% relaxation of marks is granted to SC/ST candidates.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • IIT Delhi reserves the right to fix higher criteria for short-listing eligible candidates. Short-listed candidates will be informed about the online interview via ird.iitd.ac.in/shortlisted. Only short-listed candidates will be interviewed. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
