Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Senior Officer (Training & Placement): Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 5 years of Training & Placement experience. Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi) and proficiency in computer operations are mandatory.
• Officer (Training & Placement): Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of Training & Placement experience. Proficiency in computers and communication skills required.
• Student Counsellor:B.A/B.Sc. (Psychology) with Diploma in Counselling + 3 years experience in educational institute counselling; ORM.A/M.Sc. (Psychology) + 2 years experience in educational institute counselling; ORMBBS with Master's/Diploma in Psychiatric Medicine + 1 year experience.
• Junior Technical Officer (CSE): B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science & Engineering or Information Technology from a recognized University. Post-Graduation with 55% marks and 1 year experience is desirable.
• Junior Technical Officer (ECE): B.Tech/B.E in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University. Post-Graduation with 55% marks and 1 year experience is desirable.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection process involves the following stages:
• Shortlisting: Applications will be shortlisted based on norms set by the institute, which may be higher than the minimum requirements.
• Screening Test / Interview: Depending on the volume of applications, the institute may conduct a written screening test, an interview, or both.
• Offline Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an offline interview at the institute campus.
• Document Verification: Original certificates must be produced at the time of the interview. Failure to produce originals will result in disqualification.
• TA/DA: No TA/DA or lodging/boarding will be paid for attending the interview. However, paid guest house accommodation may be available on a first-come basis.
