Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

• AIIMS Nagpur has released 1 vacancy for the Senior Resident post under the Tele MANAS Mentoring Unit. The engagement is contractual with consolidated fixed remuneration.
• The emoluments are consolidated in nature. Applicable deductions such as professional tax and Income Tax will be made from the salary as determined by the competent authority.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection process for the AIIMS Nagpur Senior Resident post involves the following stages:
• Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on educational qualifications, relevant experience, and/or short-chain criteria as decided by the Executive Director & CEO, AIIMS Nagpur.
• Screening Test (if applicable): In case of a large number of applications, a screening test may be conducted to shortlist candidates for the interview.
• Document Verification: Scrutiny of applications and document verification will be conducted before the interview. Only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for the interview.
• Interview: Candidates must score minimum qualifying marks (suitability standard) in the interview as fixed by the Selection Committee.

• Experience certificates on official letterhead (TeleMedicine, Tele-training, or research experience, if applicable)
• Indexed scientific publications (if applicable)
• Valid category/caste certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer if serving in Central/State Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous body — must be submitted at the time of interview
• Two recent passport-size photographs and valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
• Self-attested copies of all educational qualifications, experience documents, school leaving certificate (age proof)
