Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Hindi Officer: Master’s degree from a recognized university in: Hindi with English as a major or elective subject at Graduation, OR English with Hindi as a major or elective subject at Graduation, OR Any subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi as a major or elective subject and English as medium of examination at degree level, OR Any subject other than Hindi or English with English as a major or elective subject and Hindi as medium of examination at degree level.
  • Experience: One year experience of translation work from English to Hindi and vice-versa is desirable. Computer competency is must.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection process includes:
  • Scrutiny of Applications based on eligibility criteria.
  • Online Examination (Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness, Hindi Language).
  • Skill Test & Item Writing Exercise.
  • Group Exercises.
  • Personal Interview.
  • Candidates shortlisted in scrutiny and online exam will be called for further stages. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications).
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable).
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
  • Upload Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, Hand Written Declaration, Brief Resume, SSC/SSLC/10th Certificate, and identity documents during online application.
