Mysore City Corporation Selection Process

• The selection for UGD Helper Recruitment 2026 will be based purely on merit. There is no written examination or interview.
• Merit Basis: Selection will be based on the length of continuous service rendered with MCC in the qualifying employment category.
• Tie-Breaker Rules: If service length is equal, preference is given to the older candidate (by date of birth). If both service length and DOB are identical, selection will be decided by lottery.
