Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

• Age Relaxation: BC, EBC, BC Women, UR Women – maximum 40 years; SC and ST (Male and Female) – maximum 42 years. Reservation benefit applies only to native residents of Bihar.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering:Must be a Non-Distance Mode (Regular Course) diploma from an institution recognised by AICTE, New Delhi, or an equivalent course declared under the AICTE Approval Process Hand Book schedule for Major Disciplines; ORA regular-mode diploma issued by a University or Deemed University established under the provisions of the UGC Act, or an equivalent diploma awarded by such a University in Non-Distance Mode.
• Experience: Minimum 02 years of work experience on an equivalent post in building construction work within a government undertaking, public undertaking, or reputed private institution. The experience certificate must carry the company's CIN/GSTIN.
• Desirable Skills:Experience in preparing estimates as per map / Schedule of Rates (SOR)Experience in ensuring quality work as per approved drawingsKnowledge and understanding of quality of construction materials

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection will be carried out in two stages:
• Shortlisting: Applications will be screened against eligibility criteria, qualification, and experience requirements.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview by a selection committee constituted by the Corporation. Shortlisted candidates will be informed of the interview date and venue via email or on the Corporation's website.
• Instructions for interview:
• All original certificates and documents must be brought at the time of interview.
• No travelling allowance (TA) or daily allowance (DA) will be paid for attending the interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Educational certificates (10th, 12th and Diploma) with mark sheets
• Caste certificate, residence certificate and EWS certificate (if applicable)
• Date of birth certificate
• Experience certificate with company's CIN / GSTIN
• Self-attested copies of all required certificates and documents
• Two extra recent passport-size photographs
• Valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
• Disqualifying conditions: Candidates with a pending vigilance case, departmental proceedings, serious charges, a penalty imposed, or a criminal case registered will not be engaged. Applications received by email will not be considered.
