Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 25 years old.
  • Graduate Intern Chemical: B.E / BTech in Chemical Engineering.
  • Office Assistant Intern: Any Graduate (3 Year Program).
  • Graduate Intern Mechanical: B.E / BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Graduate Intern Electrical: B.E / BTech in Electrical Engineering.
  • Human Resource Intern: MSW in HR.
  • Finance Intern: B.Com.
  • Graduate Intern IT: B.E / BTech in IT.
  • Marketing Intern: BBA in Marketing.
  • Graduate Intern Fire Engineering: B.E / BTech in Fire Engineering.
  • Diploma Intern Chemical: Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
  • Graduate Intern Corporate Communication: Diploma in Corporate Communication.
  • Graduate Intern Instrumentation: B.E / BTech in Instrumentation.
  • Who Is Not Eligible: Graduates from IITs, IIMs, NLUs, etc.; Candidates with CA, MBA, PhD; Those currently undergoing other training; Candidates with family income exceeding Rs. 12 Lakh in the preceding FY; Family members holding regular government jobs.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Shortlisting is based on criteria prescribed under PMIS.
  • Selected candidates will receive internship offers via the PMIS Portal.
  • Document Verification is mandatory before engagement.
  • Medical fitness is required.
  • TA/DA: No travel expenses (TA/DA) will be paid for attending certificate verification.
  • CPCL has no obligation to offer employment or regularization after the 9-month tenure.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications).
  • Equivalency Certificate (if applicable).
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate.
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof.
  • Applications must be submitted strictly online via the PMIS Portal.
