Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Manager (CMFC):Graduate in Economics / Commerce / MarketingMust have guidance/exposure in product value addition, branding, and marketingPostgraduates will be given preference
  • Accountant (CMFC):Graduate with knowledge of design softwareMust maintain all records and bank account books relating to the CMFCGood knowledge of social media, video, photography, and promotional tools for SHG products

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection will be based on the screening of applications and scrutiny of submitted resumes. Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the selection process.

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
