Q5. What is the qualification for Research Associate-I?

  • A Doctoral degree in Molecular Biology/Biochemistry/Plant Science/Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Bioinformatics or equivalent from a recognized university, fulfilling the guidelines of DST-OM number DST/PCPM/Z-06/2022 dated 26/06/2023.

Q6. What is the age limit?

  • The upper age limit is 50 years for Field Worker and Project Assistant. The notice prints no age limit for Research Associate-I.

Q7. What is the salary for each post?

  • Research Associate-I gets Rs. 58,000 per month plus HRA, Field Worker Rs. 18,000 plus HRA per month and Project Assistant Rs. 20,000 plus HRA per month, as per norms.
