Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Junior Assistant (Purchase): Essential Qualification: Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board with a minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in computer word processing and spread sheet. Desirable Qualification: Work experience of minimum 4 years in any recognized organization, preferably in the purchase section. Age Limit: 45 years (as printed in the Age Limit column). The notice does not state a cut-off date for counting age or any age relaxation.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Applications will be shortlisted as per the Institute's requirements and norms.
  • The interview shall be conducted in offline mode.
  • Interview timings will be shared by email only after scrutiny of applications.
  • Mere fulfilment of essential qualifications does not entitle a candidate to an interview call; shortlisting criteria may be set higher.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable).
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
  • Compile the duly filled application form, scanned copy of original documents, and experience documents into a single *.pdf file before submitting via Google Form.
  • Mention a correct and active email ID as all correspondence is sent via email only.
