Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Guest Faculty – Community College (B.Voc) (Banking and Financial Services): MBA & Allied Subjects qualification as per UGC guidelines.
• Guest Faculty – English: Postgraduate in English as per UGC Guidelines / Regulations.
• Age Limit: All posts – As per UGC / Central University of Jammu guidelines.
• Appointment Basis: Guest Faculty engagement is made on contractual basis for a period as stipulated in the official notification. This is not a permanent government cadre position and does not confer pension or permanent job security.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection of Guest Faculty at Central University of Jammu is done through a Walk-in Interview on 08 October 2026.
• Candidates must carry all original documents along with self-attested photocopies at the time of the interview.
• A presentation / teaching demonstration may be conducted as part of the interview process, as is standard practice for Guest Faculty positions at Central Universities.
• If the number of candidates attending for a particular post exceeds a reasonable limit, a screening shortlist may be prepared before the interview.
