Eligibility Criteria for BITS Pilani Research Fellow Recruitment 2026

  • M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering OR M.Sc./M.Tech in Physics or allied disciplines.
  • B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech with minimum 60% marks in Computer Science & Engineering.
  • Minimum 60% marks in M.Sc. Physics.
  • Desirable: GATE/NET qualified candidates.
