Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection for the GBPUAT Senior Research Fellow (SRF) position will be based on the following stages:
  • Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a direct interview scheduled on 16 October 2026. The interview venue and timing will be as communicated in the official notification.
  • Document Verification: Original documents must be produced at the time of interview.
  • Note: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the interview. Shortlisting criteria may be applied if the number of eligible applicants is significantly high.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • Master's Degree Certificate and Consolidated Mark Sheet (M.Sc Agriculture Entomology)
  • Bachelor's Degree Certificate and Consolidated Mark Sheet
  • NET / SLET / SET Qualification Certificate (if applicable)
  • Experience Certificate for 01 year of bio-efficacy field trials in Entomology on Official Letterhead
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs and Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
  • All documents to be self-attested and enclosed with the offline application form
