Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • HR Advisor (On Contract):Experience: Must be a superannuated, retired, or VRS opted officer who held the Grade/Scale of Assistant General Manager (AGM) and above in any Public Sector Bank.Specialization: Must possess knowledge of Labour Laws, Human Resources (HR), Industrial Relations (IR) issues, Organizational Policies, and People Management.Age Limit: Minimum 50 years and maximum 65 years as on 31 October 2026.Education: The official notification does not specify a minimum educational qualification. Candidates are advised to refer to the official notification.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Application Screening: Applications will be screened based on eligibility criteria and relevant experience.
  • Shortlisting: Only a requisite number of shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  • Final Selection: The final decision will be based solely on the Personal Interview performance.
  • Screening Clause: Satisfying eligibility norms does not guarantee an interview call. The Bank reserves the right to reject any application without assigning a reason.
  • Contract Terms: The initial contract is for 1 year, which may be extended up to a total of 3 years. The contract is terminable by the Bank with one month's notice or salary in lieu thereof.
