• The counselling is conducted offline at the BCECEB Office (IAS Association Building, near Patna Airport, Patna). Candidates must bring the following original documents along with two self-attested photocopies:
• Educational Certificates: Matriculation (10th) Admit Card, Mark sheet, and Provisional Certificate.
• Identity & Photos: Copy of Aadhar Card and six passport-size photographs (identical to the one on your ITICAT Admit Card).
• Exam Documents: ITICAT-2026 Admit Card and the printed Rank Card specifically for the Mop-up round.
• Application Forms: Downloaded print of the online-filled Application Form (Part-A and Part-B).
• Certificates: Caste, Residential, and Character certificates issued by competent authorities.
• Quota Documents: EWS, SMQ, or DQ certificates if applicable.
