EducationBachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) from recognized University. Diploma not eligible.
Age (01-03-2026)20–25 years (relaxations as per rules)
Language ProficiencyProficient (read/write/speak/understand) in local language of applied zone/state. Must produce Class X/XII marksheet or domicile certificate.
Zone RestrictionApply for ONE zone only. Posting initially endeavoured within applied zone for 10 years (subject to Bank’s discretion).
NationalityIndian citizen or specified categories with eligibility certificate.
  • Note: Percentage calculated across all subjects/years. Final year students not eligible (must have degree as on 01-03-2026).

IDBI JAM Salary & Perks

Pay ScaleCTC (Approx. Class A City)
Grade “O”₹6.14 Lakh – ₹6.50 Lakh p.a.
  • Includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Allowances, NPS, Medical, LFC, etc. Annual increment based on performance. Probation: 1 year. Initial posting endeavoured within applied zone for ~10 years (subject to Bank discretion).
