• Typist & Typist Copyist: Typing proficiency test (15 minutes in Kannada and English; 100 marks each, 50 marks minimum to qualify) + Interview (10 marks).
• Process Server: Merit based on SSLC marks + Interview (10 marks). Shortlisting at 1:25 ratio.
• Peon: Merit based on SSLC marks + Interview (10 marks). Shortlisting at 1:10 ratio.
• Probation: 2 years under Karnataka Civil Services (Probation) Rules, 1977.
