Selection and Interview

• BECIL first scrutinises the applications, then forwards a shortlist to the Client/Principal Employer, who decides the further selection process.
• Scrutiny and shortlisting: Applications are scrutinised and shortlisted on the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post. BECIL reserves the right to adopt suitable shortlisting criteria, including but not limited to higher qualifications, greater relevant experience or any other criteria deemed appropriate.
