Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech or equivalent degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering and Computer Science, with at least 65% marks or 6.5 CGPA out of 10.
  • Desirable Qualification: Working experience in Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Manufacturing, and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Applications will be screened based on academic merit and relevant project experience.
  • Shortlisted candidates may be called for a personal interview at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, NIT Nagaland.
  • No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the interview or document verification.
  • Final selection is subject to document verification of original certificates at the time of joining.
  • The engagement is purely on a contractual/project basis for one year and may be extended based on performance and project requirements.

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech Degree Certificates (if applicable)
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if claiming reservation)
  • Experience Certificates in Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Manufacturing, or AI/ML (if available)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
