AIIMS Delhi Faculty Recruitment 2025 - Qualification

• Assistant Professor:
• A postgraduate qualification i.e. M.D in Anesthesiology or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.
• A postgraduate qualification, e.g. MS in Anatomy or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.
• A postgraduate qualification, i.e. Master's Degree in Medical Biochemistry/Biochemistry.
• MDS in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
• D.M. in Neurology (2 years or 3 years or 5 years or 6 years recognized course after MBBS) or recognized qualification equivalent thereto.
• Associate Professor:
• Six years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the subject/discipline concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/MS or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
• Four years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M./M.Ch. (2 years or 5 years course recognized after MBBS) in the respective discipline/Subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
• Additional Professor:
• Eight years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the subject/discipline concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M./M.Ch. (2 years or 5 years course recognized after MBBS) in the respective discipline/Subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
• Seven years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the subject/discipline concerned for the candidates possessing 3 years recognized Degree of D.M./M.Ch. in the respective discipline/Subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
• Professor:
• Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the subject/discipline concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/MS in the respective discipline/Subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

AIIMS Delhi Faculty Recruitment 2025 - Salary

• Professor: Level-14-A Rs.168900 220400/- as per 7th CPC.
• Additional Professor: Level 13-A2+ Rs. 148200-211400/- as per 7th CPC.
• Associate Professor: Level-13 A-1+ Rs. 138300-209200/- as per 7th CPC.
• Assistant Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 12 - Rs. 101500-167400/- as per 7th CPC

• General Upper Age Limit: 50 (Fifty) years for all posts.
• Candidate applying on contract basis for the post of Professor: Not exceeding 70 (Seventy) years as on closing date.

• The Institute will use a set of objective criteria for short listing candidates for the posts of Assistant Professor to be called for interview for this recruitment.
• These criteria will be used for screening of applications for the post of Assistant Professor only.

• Closing date of online application form - 09.05.2025
• The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their application only through ON-LINE mode.
• The Online applications can be done through the website www.aiimsexams.ac.in upto 5:00 P.M. of closing dates as specified in this advertisement.
• No documents, including the Registration Slip of the online application form, are required to be sent in Physical form.
