Essential Qualification

  • Graduate degree (minimum 3 years) in a relevant discipline such as Public Health, Social Sciences, or Allied Health Sciences, with at least three (3) years of post-qualification experience in digital health programmes, public health field implementation, health surveys, or health systems projects; OR
  • Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Health Management, Epidemiology, or Social Work.

Desirable Qualification

  • Experience in Qualitative research with analytical experience using Nvivo.

  • 35 years (as on 27 January 2026)

Selection Process

  • Written Test: Basics of public health & epidemiology, data collection methods in research studies, basics of digital health applications, field implementation challenges in public health, data management & security, understanding research ethics & guidelines.
  • Interview: Communication skills, technical knowledge, past project experience, research experience.
