Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Special Project Associate (SPA): Post Graduate degree in Environmental Sciences / Forestry / Basic Science / Natural Sciences and related disciplines from a recognized University/Institute. CAMPA experience preferred. Candidates must have understanding of forest and plantation, ability to engage with local communities, collect field data using forestry research tools, conduct secondary research, and possess knowledge of data analysis and excellent report writing skills.
• Field Assistant (FA): Graduate degree in Environmental Sciences / Forestry / Basic Science / Natural Sciences / Social Sciences and related disciplines from a recognized University/Institute. CAMPA experience preferred. Candidates must have understanding of forest and plantation, ability to engage with local communities, collect field data using forestry research tools, conduct secondary research, and possess excellent data analysis, report writing skills, and knowledge of computers.
• Data Entry Operator (DEO): Graduation degree from any recognized University/Institute. Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Candidates will be selected through a Walk-In Interview scheduled on 05 October 2026. The selection process includes the following stages:
• Stage 1 – Email Application: Candidates must submit their application via email by 01 October 2026 as a prerequisite.
• Stage 2 – Walk-In Interview: Eligible candidates must report at the designated venue on 05 October 2026 with all original documents and self-attested photocopies.
• Stage 3 – Document Verification: Original educational certificates, experience letters, and identity proof will be verified at the venue.
• Note: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in interview. This is a project-based contractual appointment and does not confer permanent government job status or pension benefits.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate or Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth
• All degree and consolidated mark sheets for the relevant qualification
• Experience certificates on official letterhead, especially CAMPA-related experience (if applicable)
• Valid Category/Caste certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
• Two recent passport-size photographs and valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
• Duly filled application form (if required as per the official notification)
• One set of self-attested photocopies of all original documents
• Candidates are advised to reach the venue well in advance to complete registration formalities. Bring extra passport-size photographs if required.
