Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • FNB Teacher Grade-1 (Senior Consultant) – Paediatric Hemato-Oncology: DM/DNB or equivalent postgraduate degree in the concerned subject, followed by at least 8 years of actual working experience in the relevant department after the postgraduate degree.
  • FNB Teacher Grade-2 (Junior Consultant) – Paediatric Hemato-Oncology: DM/DNB or equivalent postgraduate degree in the concerned subject, followed by at least 5 years of actual working experience in the relevant department after the postgraduate degree.
  • Mandatory for all posts:Qualification completed as per National Medical Commission (NMC) notification dated 30.06.2025, with all mark sheets and certificates attached.Passed secondary or higher secondary school examination from Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or equivalent with Marathi as a subject carrying at least 50 marks in the question paper.Passed CCC computer examination conducted by DOEACC Society, or MS-CIT / GECT certificate issued by Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Mumbai, Maharashtra State.Registered with the Maharashtra Medical Council.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection will be made on the basis of prescribed educational qualification and marks obtained through the walk-in interview process, resulting in preparation of a merit list and selection list.
  • Walk-in Interview Date: 19 October 2026
  • Venue: Dean's Conference Hall, College Building, Ground Floor, Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital and Medical College, Sion, Mumbai – 400022
  • Application Fee Payment Deadline: 16.10.2026 up to 04:00 PM (receipt must be attached with the application form)
  • No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in interview or the application submission process.

  • Attested photocopies of educational degree certificates and mark sheets (including DM/DNB)
  • NMC Registration Certificate / Maharashtra Medical Council Registration Certificate

Important Contractual Terms & Instructions

  • The appointment is purely on a contractual basis up to 31.03.2027 (with a 1-day break every 90 days) or until a regular candidate is appointed, whichever is earlier.
  • Selected candidates must execute a contract agreement on a Rs. 500/- bond paper at their own expense.
  • Biometric attendance is mandatory for all contractual employees.
  • Selected candidates must submit a character certificate from the respective police station within one month of appointment showing no criminal record.
  • Selected candidates who wish to resign must give a 30-day prior notice.
  • The administration reserves the right to cancel appointments without prior notice or terminate services if work is unsatisfactory.
  • No pension scheme, provident fund scheme, or Maharashtra Municipal Corporation (Service) Rules 1989 will apply after appointment.
