Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Accounts Officer: Officers under Central/State Govt. holding analogous posts OR with 5 years' service in Pay Level 6 equivalent. Must have passed SAS/Equivalent exam OR completed ISTM training with 3 years' cash & accounts experience.
• Accountant: Officers under Central/State Govt. holding analogous posts OR with 6 years' service in Pay Level 5 OR 8 years' service in Pay Level 4 equivalent. Must have ISTM training and 2 years' experience in cash, accounts, and budget work.
• Programmer: 1. Deputation: Holding analogous posts OR 2 years' service in Pay Level 6 equivalent with prescribed direct recruit qualifications.2. Direct Recruitment (if no deputationist): MCA / M.Sc in IT/CS OR B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT from a recognized University with 2 years' experience in Web Development/Management in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Body.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The Institute may conduct an Interview/Written Test based on merit. The decision of the Director, NIHFW is final. Applicants must appear at their own expense (No TA/DA will be paid). Original documents and No Objection Certificates (NOC) from current employers must be produced at the time of final selection.

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
• Attested Copies of ACRs/APAR for the Last Five Years (Deputation Candidates)
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
• Demand Draft / IPO of Rs. 300/- (Programmer Direct Recruitment only)
• Certificate by Head of Department/Organization confirming Vigilance Clearance & No Disciplinary Proceedings
• Recent passport-size photograph affixed on the form & self-attested photocopies of all documents
• Superscribe the envelope: "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ____"

What is the application fee?

• There is no application fee for deputation posts. For Programmer (Direct Recruitment), the fee is Rs. 300/-, exempted for SC/ST/PH/Female and Departmental candidates.

What is the salary structure?

• The salary ranges from Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,42,400 per month depending on the post and Pay Matrix Level.
