Salary & Year-Wise Remuneration Structure

• The remuneration is a monthly consolidated amount. An additional Rs. 2,500 per day is paid for attending office on Sundays and public holidays, subject to exigencies of work as determined by the respective Registrar of Companies (ROC).

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the Executive Level Examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Experience: Candidates with post-qualification experience of up to one year will be considered. Training experience that forms part of the CS course curriculum is not counted as experience.
• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 01 November 2026. The cut-off date of 01.11.2026 applies to age, qualification, and experience for all purposes.
• Character: Candidates must possess good moral character with no criminal antecedents or pending FIRs against them.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The Selection Committee screens all received applications.
• Shortlisted candidates are informed about the final selection process by e-mail.
