Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Applicants must note that MBA, MCA, and LLB obtained through correspondence mode are not accepted for the relevant posts, as explicitly stated in the official notification.
• Assistant General Manager (HR & Admin.): Graduation in any discipline plus MBA (HR) – Regular mode only.
• Deputy General Manager (Outsourcing): Graduation in any discipline plus MBA (HR) – Regular mode only.
• Deputy General Manager (Projects): Bachelor of Engineering (Full-Time) in IT / Computer Science / Electronics & Communication / Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics / AMIE, OR MCA (Regular).
• Junior Accounts Officer (Finance & Accounts): M.Com / CA-Inter / ICMA-Inter.
• Sr. Accountant (Finance & Accounts): M.Com / CA-Inter / ICMA-Inter.
• Sr. Supervisor (Outsourcing): Graduate plus MBA (HR) – Regular mode only.
• Supervisor (Outsourcing): Graduate plus MBA (HR) – Regular mode only.
• Sr. Supervisor (Legal): Graduate plus LLB (Regular) – Correspondence LLB not allowed.
• Junior Engineer Gr. 1 (Projects): 10th Pass plus 3-Year Regular Diploma in IT / Projects.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Shortlisting of Candidates: Based on thorough scrutiny of submitted documents and eligibility verification.
• Interaction / Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interaction or interview conducted by ICSIL.
• Note: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview or interaction session. Candidates must make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• All educational qualification certificates and consolidated mark sheets (Graduation, MBA, BE, MCA, M.Com, CA-Inter, ICMA-Inter, LLB, or Diploma — as applicable to the post applied for).
• Experience certificates and employment records on official letterhead from current/past employer(s), clearly indicating dates of employment and designation held.
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in the Central Government prescribed format (if applicable).
• Two recent passport-size photographs and a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / PAN Card).
• Printout or digital copy of the successfully submitted online application form for reference.
• Applications must be submitted online on or before 19 October 2026. Fill the form carefully with correct personal, educational, and contact details. Upload all required documents in the prescribed format and pay the application fee of INR 590/- online.

2. What is the application fee for ICSIL Recruitment 2026?

• The application fee is INR 590/- for all categories of candidates. The fee must be paid online during the application submission process.

4. What is the salary range across all ICSIL posts?

• The monthly remuneration ranges from Rs. 28,000/- to Rs. 2,20,000/- plus allowances, depending on the post and grade. For example, Deputy General Manager (E5 Grade) offers Rs. 80,000/- to Rs. 2,20,000/- while Supervisor (N5 Grade) offers Rs. 28,000/- to Rs. 74,000/-.

6. How is the selection process conducted for ICSIL Recruitment 2026?

• The selection process involves two stages: (1) Shortlisting based on document scrutiny and eligibility verification, followed by (2) an Interaction / Interview conducted by ICSIL. No TA/DA is payable to candidates. No written examination is conducted.
