Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • General Manager (HR): MBA/Post Graduate Degree with specialization in HR/Personnel Management with 18 years post-qualification experience.
  • Manager (Finance): CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) with 08 years post-qualification experience. Knowledge of GST and Ind AS is desirable.
  • Manager (HR): MBA/Post Graduate Degree with specialization in HR/Personnel Management with 08 years post-qualification experience.
  • Manager (IT): B.E. (CS/IT)/MCA with 08 years post-qualification experience.
  • Manager (Raj Bhasha): Master Degree in Hindi with English at Degree Level with 08 years post-qualification experience. Ph.D. in Hindi preferred.
  • Dy. Manager (Finance): CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) with 03 years post-qualification experience. Knowledge of GST and Ind AS is desirable.
  • Dy. Manager (Law): Graduate in Law at Bar (3 years course after Graduation or 5 years integrated course after 12th) with 04 years post-qualification experience. Post Graduation in Law preferred.
  • Additional Rules:
  • All eligibility conditions (Age, Experience, Qualification) are counted as on 30 September 2026.
  • Candidates must have spent at least 2 years in the immediate below pay scale or equivalent CTC as specified (e.g., Rs. 11.96 Lakh for Manager level).
  • Except CA/CMA and Dy. Manager (Law), essential qualifications must be of a minimum 2-year duration.
  • For CGPA/OGPA, candidates must furnish equivalent percentage as per their University's norms.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The final selection for NPCC Regular Cadre posts is based on the performance of candidates in a Personal Interview held at NPCC's designated center. NPCC reserves the absolute right to modify the selection methodology (such as introducing a screening written test) depending on the volume of responses received. The decision of NPCC regarding the selection process is final and binding. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview. Selected candidates will be on a probation period of 1 year and must be medically fit as per Government standards.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • While filling the online application, candidates must upload legible scanned copies of the following documents:
  • Matriculation Certificate or Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets supporting the specialized qualification.
  • Experience Certificates showing date of joining, relieving and pay scales for each position.
  • Pay-in-slip of the latest month and Form-16 of the last two financial years.
  • Valid Category/Caste/EWS/Disability Certificate in the format prescribed by the Government of India.
  • Aadhaar Card and other supporting identification documents.
  • All original certificates and documents must be mandatorily produced at the time of the interview for verification. Failure to produce originals will lead to immediate disqualification.

2. How much is the application fee for NPCC Dy. Manager posts?

  • General and OBC candidates are required to pay Rs. 1000/- for each application. However, candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD, EWS, and Ex-Servicemen categories are exempted from payment of any application fee.

3. What is the salary for NPCC Dy. Manager (Finance) and other posts?

  • Dy. Manager (Fin./Law) posts are offered in the pay scale E-1 (Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 140,000), Manager posts in E-2 (Rs. 50,000 - Rs. 160,000), and General Manager (HR) in E-6 (Rs. 90,000 - Rs. 240,000). These are IDA pattern scales along with DA, HRA, Perks, CPF, and Gratuity.

5. What is the selection procedure for NPCC Recruitment 2026?

  • The selection is primarily based on a Personal Interview. NPCC reserves the right to decide the final selection methodology depending on the response received. Meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee an interview call.
