Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Guest Faculty (Assistant Professor): M.Sc./M.Tech. in Nanoscience & Nanotechnology / Renewable Energy / Physics / Chemistry / Materials Science with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/Physically & Visually handicapped) or equivalent grade, plus National Eligibility Test (NET). Candidates awarded a Ph.D. degree as per UGC Regulations 2009 are exempted from NET.
  • Desirable: Ph.D. degree in Faculty of Science or Faculty of Engineering with demonstrated research experience in Renewable Energy, Nanoscience & Nanotechnology, or Materials Science supported by research publications in peer reviewed journals/patents.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Selection will be done through an Interview of shortlisted candidates. Shortlisted candidates will be notified regarding the date and time of the interview by e-mail or phone call.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
  • Candidates must not draw fellowship, stipend, or financial assistance from any other agency during the assignment.

  • Original certificates and other relevant documents for verification at the time of interview.
  • The post is filled through interview on a purely temporary basis for the academic session 2026-27.
