Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Educational Qualification: Graduation with 8–10 years or MBA with 4–7 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Faculty Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related area.
  • Desirable Experience: Prior experience in a higher education institution, academic environment, professional education organization, or knowledge-based organization.
  • Key Skills: Learning needs assessment, programme design, learning coordination, facilitation, programme evaluation, adult learning principles, instructional design, MS Office, HRMS, digital learning platforms.
  • Other Requirements: Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and organizational skills; attention to detail, problem solving, team collaboration.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection process typically involves a written test and/or interview. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their eligibility and experience. No TA/DA will be paid for the selection process.
