Skills / Eligibility

  • The following post to be filled purely on temporary basis under INDO-US TB Project, Dept. of Preventive and Social Medicine, JIPMER.
  • 1. Name of the Post: Senior Lab Technician
  • 2. No of Post: 01
  • 3. Pay/month (Approx.): Rs. 27,295/-
  • 4. Essential Qualification: Master's degree in Microbiology/lifesciences from a recognized university Minimum 3 years' experience in TB research projects in a recognized organization.
  • 5. Desirable Qualification: Experience in a research lab preferably in Mycobacteriology (GeneXpert), PBMC isolation, IGRA and HIV - ELISA techniques. Laboratory experience in conventional and molecular techniques, handling infectious agents.
  • Pay Scale: INR 27295(Per Month)
  • Age Limit: Upto 30 years

Selection Procedure

  • Candidates will be shortlisted based on their CV. The shortlisted candidates will receive an email confirmation which will also include details of the online interview. Selected candidates will be engaged in INDO US TB projects as and when required.
