Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Operational Manager–Health Insurance: MBA in Healthcare or Master's degree in Health from a regular university. Minimum 5 years of experience implementing a Government Health Insurance Programme. Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi. Functional computer literacy (MS Office and internet portals).
- Floor Co-ordinator: Graduation in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Government Health Programme or Health Insurance programme in a managerial capacity. Minimum 1-year certificate course in Computer Operation. Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ayushman Mitra: Completed Class 12 from a recognized Board of Education. Six-month Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) certificate. Experience certificate as Arogya Mitra will be given preference. Computer literacy (MS Office and internet portals).

- The maximum age limit is 40 years for General candidates. Age is calculated as on the walk-in interview date.
- Female candidates will receive an additional 3 years of age relaxation as per Government of Jharkhand rules.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Submission of the completed prescribed application form at the interview venue.
- Verification of educational qualifications, experience, and supporting certificates.
- Walk-in interview of eligible candidates.
- Selection under the institutional recruitment conditions.
- Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

- Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate.

- Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
