Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Design Engineer (Mechanical): B.E/B.Tech (4-year full time course) in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering from recognized University with minimum 55% marks; certified course in CAD/CAE software from accredited institution; desirable post-graduation in related fields; minimum 2 years experience in Siemens NX, Simcenter 3D/Ansys, etc.
  • Design Engineer (Electrical/Electronics): B.E/B.Tech (4-year full time course) in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering from recognized University with minimum 55% marks; certified course in MATLAB/Simulink, Electrical CAD/EDA, etc.; desirable post-graduation in related fields; minimum 2 years experience in MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS Electronics, etc.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Eligibility Screening: Verification of qualification, experience, age, and other criteria.
  • Shortlisting for Interview: Ratio 1:5 (vacancies to candidates) based on merit score from academic marks (50%), experience (40%), and desirable qualification (10%).
  • Interview and Practical Assessment: Personal Interview (50 marks) and Practical Assessment on CAD/CAE tools (50 marks); minimum 50% in each component required.
  • Final Merit List: Based on Interview and Practical Assessment marks; tie-breaker by experience then academic marks.
  • Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
