Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection will be based on screening of eligible candidates by a Screening Committee. The screening carries maximum 20 marks distributed as follows:
• APAR of last 3 years: Maximum 15 marks.
• Educational/Professional Qualifications: Maximum 5 marks.
• After screening, a panel and a merit list corresponding to the vacancies will be prepared. No written test or interview is mentioned; selection is purely based on screening of records. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending any stage of selection.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Attested photocopies of Service Book (each page attested)
• APARs for the last three years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)
• NO D&AR and SPE/Vigilance clearance status
• All educational qualification certificates and mark sheets
• Experience certificate verifying 5 years as SSE in Pay Level-7
• Medical Category B-1 certificate
