Along with the eligibility list, the Court has also announced the viva voce (interview) schedule, which will be conducted from 17th August 2026 to 21st August 2026. Eligibility Criteria (For Reference)

  • Educational Qualification: Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university – either a 5-year integrated law course after 10+2, or a 3-year law degree after graduation.
  • Recency of Degree: Degree should have been passed within 2 years before the notification date; candidates must not be pursuing any other regular course.
  • Age Limit: Must not have attained 30 years of age as on the prescribed reference date.
  • Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
  • Practising Advocates: If enrolled as an Advocate, must suspend legal practice before joining and throughout the tenure.
