Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Assistant Engineer (Civil): Candidates must hold a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Board.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in multistoried residential or infrastructure works (mandatory).
  • Preferred Skills: Knowledge and experience in high-rise building projects, Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) works, Quality Control (QC), Quantity Surveying, AutoCAD, and preparation of estimates will be given preference.
  • Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 44 years as on 01 July 2026.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Merit in Qualifying Examination: Candidates will be shortlisted based on merit in their prescribed educational qualification.
  • Interview: An interview will be conducted by the Office of the Chief Engineer, TGHB, jointly with the outsourcing agency.
  • Shortlisted candidates must appear for document verification before the final interview round.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • All Degree Certificates and Consolidated Mark Sheets for B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead proving minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
  • Application Instruction: Eligible candidates must visit the official TGHB website at tghb.telangana.gov.in, open the official online application Google Form, enter all requested details accurately, and submit the form before 21 October 2026, 5:00 PM.
