Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Essential Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA/ICWAI) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
  • Essential Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, or financial administration within Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings, Universities, or Autonomous Bodies.
  • Technical Competencies: Proficiency in computerized accounting systems, ERP-based financial management, budgeting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
  • Applicant Category: Officers currently serving in Government Secretariats, PSUs, or Government Undertakings.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection of candidates will be done through a direct interview conducted in Thiruvananthapuram district. The interview schedule will be communicated solely via the registered email ID of the candidates. No Written Test is scheduled unless a high volume of applications necessitates a screening stage as per University discretion. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets for relevant qualifications
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)

  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
  • Deputation Specific: No Objection Certificate (NOC), Vigilance Clearance, Integrity Certificate, and APARs/ACRs of the last 5 years.
